TRANSFERS, DEFERRALS, OR REFUNDS:

The Ore to Shore race committee sends our best to you. We do not accept race transfers, deferrals, or refunds.  This is due to the enormous pre-race costs.  We continue to support our non-profit mission - building and maintaining trails and providing opportunities for youth mountain biking. To date we have already incurred thousands of dollars in expenses for marketing and necessary early preparations,

We are truly sorry for the circumstances. Thank you for supporting Ore to Shore.

FASTEST FAMILY - Families who Race Together Grow Together

The Ore to Shore Mountain Bike Epic invites families to participate in the Fastest Family challenge. The Fastest Family awards are open to families entering three or more immediate family members (living in the same household) in any combination of the 4 mile, 10, 28 or 48 mile races. Trophies and cash prizes will be awarded to the Top 5 overall, families with the fastest average speed (total combined miles/ total combined time). To qualify, check the box for a family team and enter your family name on the registration form.

The top five fastest families will win awards and prize money which will be presented at the awards ceremony.

The Fastest Family provides a fun way for families to participate as a team and to encourage each other to excel. Having a family team with a goal to be the fastest family may motivate riders to spend more time training as well as exercising together as a family. The Ore to Shore prides itself on being a family event with something for every age and ability level.
